Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods (typically 85%+ of a standard shift) at an office desk or standing desk.

- Ensure solutions align with client goals and internal capabilities.
- Continue to provide technical leadership throughout the implementation process, working with operations and IT to ensure the successful execution of the solution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics automation.
- Function as a thought leader within the company, continuously looking for ways to improve our solution offerings and processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency with AI-powered tools and emerging technologies as a core competency of the role
- actively evaluate and adopt new platforms that improve solution quality, speed, and differentiation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in 3PL distribution and fulfillment with at least 3 years focused on automation and solution design.
