About the role

  • Working onsite, you will report to the Manager, Clinic/Center Administration.
  • This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others.

Responsibilities

  • You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
  • Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
  • Experience improving patient care and experience

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Value-based care model experience
  • Experience with ERM Athena

  • Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Compensation

  • The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
  • The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
  • $38,000 - $45,800 per year
  • This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
  • This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
