Nice to have
- What you'll bring to the role MBA with 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, chief of staff or similarly analytical roles.
- Experience working with B2B enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate communication across the organization, understanding the soft aspects of the role.
- Intellectual curiosity High ownership mentality, with a bias toward execution Be Hungry.

- What the role offers You will partner closely with Global Chief Transformation Officer, our Co-Founder and CEO on enhancing their effectiveness by managing key initiatives, facilitating internal communication, and aligning organizational priorities.
- Specifically, Driving Efficiency: Support the development of company-wide metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency.
- Drive company objectives and tracking KPIs to measure performance.
