Responsibilities
- Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Participates in developing and delivering training as requested by the government to support applications.
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Understanding of Oracle and/or CENTOS architecture builds, Cloud, full-stack, OpenShift, and Java.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop relationships, and obtain consensus among interested parties.
Requirements
- Must be DoD 8570 compliant at IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level 2.
- Experience working on a development team under DoD/DIA DevSecOps process.
- Experience with multiple configuration management tools and resources.
- Must be analytical and effectively able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or information management, or 12 years of comparable work experience.
- 10 years or more of program/application operations experience.
- Experience in the Intelligence Community.
- The candidate must be analytical and effectively able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of staff and management.
- Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule

Compensation
- $140,000 - $165,000 annually.
- Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, security clearance, geographic location, and other business considerations.
