Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Participates in developing and delivering training as requested by the government to support applications.
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Understanding of Oracle and/or CENTOS architecture builds, Cloud, full-stack, OpenShift, and Java.
Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop relationships, and obtain consensus among interested parties.

Must be DoD 8570 compliant at IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level 2.
Experience working on a development team under DoD/DIA DevSecOps process.
Experience with multiple configuration management tools and resources.
Must be analytical and effectively able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or information management, or 12 years of comparable work experience.
10 years or more of program/application operations experience.
Experience in the Intelligence Community.
The candidate must be analytical and effectively able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of staff and management.
Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule

$140,000 - $165,000 annually.
Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, security clearance, geographic location, and other business considerations.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Active TOP SECRET/SCI with a CI polygraph test.
Eligible employees may also receive performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
