- Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Director of Construction & Entitlements to join its Industrial Development Services (IDS) Southeast team.
- Projects will consist predominantly of ground-up speculative and build-to-suit industrial developments, with some acquisitions of existing assets.
Requirements
- Spearhead the project team's pursuit and receipt of all entitlements required to break ground post-closing
- Manage monthly construction draws and all lender- and inspector-required documentation
Nice to have
- Oversee pay application verification and processing, including lien waivers for owners and sub/suppliers
- Review and track all project invoicing against overall budget and allowances
- Coordinate with the IDS leasing and capital markets teams on tenant improvement handoffs at project disposition
- Participate in weekly IDS Southeast team meetings
- Bachelor's degree required
- Construction Management major or concentration preferred
- 5-10 years of construction management experience
- general contractor background with development-side exposure strongly preferred
