About the role

Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL).
We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week.

Research, develop, write, edit, and track for approvals a wide range of internal and executive communications.
Act as a key contributor and/or owner of various internal communications activities (all hands meetings, etc), channel management, and support for assigned client groups.
Develop content that is clear, concise, and compelling for a diverse range of audiences and situations.
Develop communications that are skillfully designed to educate and engage key stakeholders.

You have minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible internal communications dedicated roles.
You are passionate about technology, curious, and are willing to experiment with new ways to reach our audiences.
You have experience executing work internationally and interacting with creative teams as well as highly technical teams.
You have exemplary time management and project management skills.
You are a detail-oriented problem solver who sweats the small stuff so your clients don't have to.
You have high productivity and are a high volume doer.
You have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to define a strategy as well as inspire through influence as an independent contributor.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
Master's degree a plus.
