About the role
- Our exciting and growing business is looking for exceptional Downsizing Specialists to work with our clients throughout the Triangle area.
- We proudly serve the entire Triangle region (including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Durham, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Hillsborough, Fuquay-Varina, and surrounding areas).
- The Downsizers work in private homes, apartment complexes and senior communities.

- Project Preparation & Execution
- Prepare for projects by reviewing job details, client and shift notes, and feed instructions before arriving on site to projects
- Recommendations on schedule changes should be communicated to the Project Manager through email (not the project feeds)
- Provide the highest level of client service at all times
- Assist clients in determining which items to keep, donate, gift, sell, or discard
- Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with clients and family members
- Professionally pack client belongings and prepare items for transport
- Coordinate with movers and assist with unpacking and settling into new homes\
