About the role

This will include providing on-the-job training for new hires.

Headquartered in New Jersey, Innophos has manufacturing operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and China and sells product to over 70 countries.

Collaborate with operations to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Performs translation for safety meetings, training material, EHS documents & quality documents from English into Spanish
Performs other duties as assigned
