About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of the CoinDesk Data business.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global sales, product development, research, and trading teams to ensure seamless service delivery and align regional market feedback with the product roadmap.
  • Compliance & Marketing Alignment: Coordinate with marketing and legal/compliance teams to develop localized promotional materials while ensuring strict adherence to strict regulatory environments.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain absolute data integrity for all sales activities, forecasts, and metrics utilizing Salesforce.
  • Partner with global sales, product development, research, and trading teams to ensure seamless service delivery and align regional market feedback with the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with marketing and legal/compliance teams to develop localized promotional materials while ensuring strict adherence to strict regulatory environments.
  • Maintain absolute data integrity for all sales activities, forecasts, and metrics utilizing Salesforce.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, an extensive network within financial services, and a proven track record of selling complex data feeds and API solutions.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CoinDesk's offerings, including BMR-compliant benchmarks, custom index solutions, and multi-asset real-time and historical APIs.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary for this position is $150,000 - $205,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits.
  • Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
