  • Earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least three years' experience working as a licensed classroom teacher in high-need Arkansas K-12 public school districts.
  • Experience managing, developing, and/or coaching novice teachers
  • Experience building and maintaining productive, trusting relationships with individuals, community groups, and/or partner organizations

Nice to have

  • Experience with communications, partnerships, sales, and/or governance processes in a non-profit or related service-oriented organization
  • Resides or willing to reside in service area (central/eastern Arkansas)
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills

  • Project planning and management skills
