2-3+ years of work experience in management consulting and/or investment management
Excellent professional and academic track record
Ability to operate with limited supervision
Exceptional business analytic and quantitative skills
Highly analytical and strategic thinker
Strong interpersonal skills
Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
Strong academic record at a top undergraduate school

Expected Annual Base Salary $150,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.

In addition, Associates will benefit from a comprehensive training program that is designed to introduce Bain Capital's value-added investment approach.
As part of this experience, Associates can co-invest alongside our fund across all private equity investments and thereby participate in opportunities for significant equity appreciation.
