- June 2026 Role Overview The Fabrication Manager serves as the lead for all production aspects of their typology/projects.
- The Fabrication Manager plays a critical role in translating technical designs into efficient fabrication processes while maintaining Spearhead's commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.
- They work collaboratively across all departments to foster production efficiency, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within their area of responsibility.
