About the role
- Alpine Investors is seeking a Talent Analyst to join its talent team.
- This position is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with high-potential executive talent.
- This role is based in Austin, TX and the target start date for this role is as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a proactive pipeline of executive candidates
- Design and execute outbound strategies to connect with prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and industry conferences
- Lead introductory conversations that build genuine rapport and assess fit with Alpine's values and leadership profile
- Market map industry talent and deliver landscape insights to drive future investments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - interest in talent, business, or entrepreneurship
- 1-3+ years of experience in talent or business development, with a proven track record of success
- Ability to establish credibility quickly and inspire action among a diverse range of stakeholders
