About the role

Alpine Investors is seeking a Talent Analyst to join its talent team.
This position is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with high-potential executive talent.
This role is based in Austin, TX and the target start date for this role is as soon as possible.

Build and manage a proactive pipeline of executive candidates
Design and execute outbound strategies to connect with prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and industry conferences
Lead introductory conversations that build genuine rapport and assess fit with Alpine's values and leadership profile
Market map industry talent and deliver landscape insights to drive future investments

Bachelor's degree - interest in talent, business, or entrepreneurship
1-3+ years of experience in talent or business development, with a proven track record of success
Ability to establish credibility quickly and inspire action among a diverse range of stakeholders
