  • As the Product Engineering Lead for Namespace in the US, you'll establish the US presence for Namespace. Apart from building a high performing team, you'll also lead technical decisions and develop products that significantly enhance developer productivity. You'll build intuitive, performant user-facing applications and integrations that seamlessly fit into developers' existing workflows, directly impacting their ability to ship faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Start, build, and lead a small engineering team in the US
  • Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate company goals into clear technical direction and execution plans
  • Act as a bridge between the team in Europe, users, product strategy, and engineering, ensuring we build the right things and build them well
  • Own and ship end-to-end features that integrate seamlessly with popular developer tools
  • Develop user-facing applications that make powerful infrastructure intuitive and accessible to developers
  • Collaborate directly with users and partners to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and product needs
  • Continuously iterate on product design and implementation to drive adoption, performance, and reliability
  • Leadership and management skills to lead high performing ICs
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production-grade software in languages like TypeScript/JavaScript (React), Go, Python, or similar
  • Apart from building a high performing team, you'll also lead technical decisions and develop products that significantly enhance developer productivity.
