About the role
- As a member of the Manufacturing Operations Shift Technician team, the employee is responsible for performing activities that improve the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality.
- Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers on tool and PRC performance.
- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data-based block, tool and PRC performance.

- Ability to both follow and create documented procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Knowledge of manufacturing metrics (rundown, queue times, TAT, movement)
- Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
Skills
- B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturday.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Intermediate computer skills (>30 WPM typing ability)
- Self-motivated and strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50 - $33.00/hour.
