About the role
- As a Dental Practice Manager, you'll work directly under the Director of Dental Operations to ensure smooth, effective operations across multiple practices.
- Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, administrative management, staff leadership, and fostering a patient-focused environment that aligns with BDG's "Lifetime Dental Care" philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Building: Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring staff engagement, excellent patient care, and smooth daily operations.
- Practice Management: Support office operations with a focus on safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement and growth in all assigned offices.
- Human Resources: Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and maintain an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
- Patient Relations: Resolve patient concerns and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages long-term relationships.
- Support office operations with a focus on safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement and growth in all assigned offices.

Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and offices with a high degree of professionalism.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise (preferred).
Compensation
- Base pay plus performance-based bonuses.
