- You will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- This role focuses on accounting records, help with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company.
Responsibilities
- Support the month-end closing activities and related reporting.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.
- Performing accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities.
- Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.
- Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances.
- Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Nice to have
- experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets
