About the role

  • As an Associate on the FP&A team at VTS, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of a leading SaaS proptech company.
  • You've taken raw data and built models or frameworks that informed strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • You'll join a team that is considered the brain of the company-identifying opportunities to drive value creation, enhance internal business performance, and support high-impact external engagements.
  • Own and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for key business units.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and M&A evaluations-supporting both inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership across departments to develop strategic plans, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve internal processes and data integrity, ensuring we scale effectively with growth.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or a similarly rigorous and analytical FP&A environment.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to independently solve complex problems with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • experience with financial modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), or SQL is a plus.

Compensation

  • At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team.
  • The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data.
  • The salary for this role will range between $150,000 and $160,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
