About the role
- Free skiing + riding privileges at Sugarbush and across the family of Alterra Mountain Company resorts for all eligible employees and their dependents
- Discounted rates at non-Alterra-owned Ikon Pass destinations
- Free golf and health & recreation center membership for eligible employees and their dependents
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including snow shoveling in winter and preventative maintenance across all resort.
- Perform evening shift building rounds - check pool, mechanical rooms checklist, mitigate slip& fall hazards.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on a 2-way radio, and on the telephone.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in building trades is preferred.
- Will need a valid driver license, clean driving record and must pass a motor vehicle background check, as company vehicle use is expected.
- High School Education or equivalency degree required.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
