About the role

- Collaborates with others; effectively communicates with team and various stakeholders.
- Assists in achieving operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of department goals; supports attainment of KPIs and action plans.

Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent experience.
- Experience with all Focus Factories BPD, Gas and Electricity
- Very good communication verbal and written with all levels of the plant
- Experience as Quality Auditor
- Team player to work along with operations and all areas for trouble shooting and implementing corrective actions
- Basic knowledge on Quality Core Tools such as PFMEA, Control plans, SPC and MSA
- Experience with ISO 9001 external and internal audits
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience in Problem Solving Methodologies
- Working on production floor following HSE rules and policies.
