- This is a remote, East Coast / Central US or Europe home-based position with 30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Build an M&A funnel and drive decision-making across executive stakeholders by simplifying complex topics and communicating the business levers that define winning and losing
- Partner with Veralto Corporate Development team to successfully execute deals
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills. Adept at leading teams through influence and a willingness to roll up sleeves and personally drive work rather than just directing others
- A senior strategy and M&A role within a high-growth, multi-$B global technology MNC that is focused on innovation, sustainability and will support our Product Quality & Innovation (PQI) Business Development team.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and a top tier MBA

- Significant standalone M&A Due Diligence experience as an individual contributor (>5 deals min
Skills
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to succinctly synthesize core insights to executive stakeholders
Compensation
- The compensation range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000 USD per year.
