About the role

  • M anag e existing and attract new customers within the sales territory.
  • Assist customers in selecting and using products based on agronomic needs.
  • F ollow credit policies and manag e risk for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships.
  • Manage territory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Implement marketing and sales plans; meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor team members, review the work of others, and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to influence sales management to adopt new ideas, practices, and approaches
  • Deep working knowledge of local agricultural crops and market practices
  • You have excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • You are detail-oriented and accuracy-oriented, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide clear direction and motivate others
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in working with MS Office Suite
  • W ork independently with general oversight
  • Agronomy/Agribusiness d egree
