About the role

  • The Program Coordinator position will model the Netrio mission, vision, and values each day, functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • The Cybersecurity Program Coordinator will help support the Netrio PMO in planning, monitoring, controlling, executing, and closing high-visibility projects and events in a highly expansive and aggressive growing firm.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and empathetically to clients.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Program Coordinator will possess a high degree of personal accountability, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to wrangle an excitable team.
  • Innate characteristics must include attention to detail, quest for clarity, the ability to see the big picture within all the moving parts, and the gift to make things easier not harder.
  • Communication: · Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and empathetically to clients.
  • Time Management: · Demonstrates proficiency in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of IT Security Consulting and/or IT Service industry. · Experience working in an agile environment. · Working knowledge of project management, planning, resource management and scheduling tools.
