How you will contribute You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks.
You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Perform regular quality inspections to verify product specifications and packaging material compliance.
Accurately record and document quality checks in IQS systems.
Maintain line cleanliness and uphold 5S standards throughout the shift. Machine Operation & Efficiency
Perform efficient product changeovers while minimizing downtime and waste.
Follow established Centerline standards and accurately document machine parameters.
Conduct shiftily pitstop activities including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication to maintain the basic condition of equipment.
Food Safety & Quality • Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards. • Perform regular quality inspections to verify product specifications and packaging material compliance. • Accurately record and document quality checks in IQS systems. • Maintain line cleanliness and uphold 5S standards throughout the shift.
Material Handling & Physical Requirements • Safely perform manual handling tasks including lifting and stacking boxes up to 30 lbs. • Capable of operating pallet jacks to safely maneuver skids and materials within the production area. • Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Perform initial troubleshooting of equipment issues and escalate breakdown concerns when required.
Support preventive maintenance (PM) activities including replacement of machine components as required.
You will be expected to clean, participate in the training of new colleagues, and other tasks as required.
The use of personal protective equipment is required, particularly protective footwear, hearing protection, safety goggles, heat resistant gloves, hard hats, and other PPE as required
The use of company mandated uniform is required Work schedule
Must be able to work all shifts, including continental shifts and weekends.

Salary and Benefits: The expected annualized salary range for this position is $49,105.00 to $68,757.00 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 5% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, and potential shift premiums and / or overtime.

The expected annualized salary range for this position is $49,105.00 to $68,757.00 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
