About the role
- Our team understands the unique technology challenges facing construction and utility organizations, from field operations and infrastructure projects to enterprise applications and cybersecurity.
- This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, telecom expense management, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate financial planning and efficient management of wireline and wireless services.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting activities while identifying key business drivers
- Partner with Finance, IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders to support financial planning and operational decision-making
- Review, reconcile, and validate telecom invoices, carrier billing, accruals, and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting within SAP and other financial systems
- Support telecom inventory management, service ordering, and Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects (MACD)
- Develop reports and metrics that improve visibility into telecommunications spending and operational performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis
- Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, variance analysis, and expense management
- Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise financial systems
- Experience managing Telecom Expense Management (TEM) programs
- Experience with TEM platforms such as Tangoe, Calero, Rivermine, or similar solutions
- Knowledge of telecom billing, carrier invoicing, inventory management, and expense reconciliation
- Experience supporting wireless and wireline telecommunications services
- Experience coordinating telecom Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects (MACD)
- Knowledge of telecommunications contracts, carrier pricing, and vendor management
Compensation
- $ 63,000.00 - 110,000.00
- Develop and maintain annual operating budgets, forecasts, accruals, and long-range financial plans for telecommunications services
