About the role

- We specialize in the distribution and expert refurbishment of essential medical equipment, including sterilizers, surgical microscopes, pumps, monitors, anesthesia machines, and more.
Responsibilities
- Help document and reinforce established commercial policies, workflows, and expectations.
- Provide operational support to inside sales and commercial support (CSS) teams by helping clarify processes, handoffs, and reporting requirements.
- Support deal desk workflows by coordinating deal submissions, preparing analyses, and tracking approvals.
- Maintain pricing reference materials, deal templates, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with Finance and Sales to support review of non-standard deals requiring approval.
- Support forecasting processes by compiling data, updating forecasts, and analyzing variances.
- CRM & Data Management Serve as a day-to-day operational administrator for the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), focused on reporting, user support, and data hygiene.
- Partner with IT or external vendors to support minor system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Support commercial operations projects such as reporting enhancements, process updates, and new tool adoption.
- Proven ability to manage and improve operational processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or related roles Exposure to sales analytics, forecasting, compensation support, and CRM reporting.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Compensation
- $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonus
