Collaborate with business unit leadership in strategic planning process.
Responsible for the supervision and development of the business unit customer support and applications teams.
Create and maintain sales forecasts.
Develop, propose, and manage department costs to target budget.
Maintain and create new relationships with rep network and sales channels on product offering.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
4-6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree required, in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.

The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics.
The starting base pay range for this position is $140,250-$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
