Responsibilities
- Continually evaluate our competition to further enhance the company's market place, and use this knowledge to maintain and extend the company's advantage in associated markets.
- Collaborate with business unit leadership in strategic planning process.
- Responsible for the supervision and development of the business unit customer support and applications teams.
- Create and maintain sales forecasts.
- Develop, propose, and manage department costs to target budget.
- Maintain and create new relationships with rep network and sales channels on product offering.

Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree required, in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.

- The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $140,250-$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
