About the role

Responsibilities
- Iterate on Hyde's product toolkits by capturing cutting-edge applied AI patterns that create delivery leverage.
- Hyde builds specialist AI models and agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows.
- Our training and inference platform extracts proprietary data, deep institutional context, and enterprise dark matter to create models that reason like an enterprise's best operators, improving with every run.
- You'll work in talent-dense teams to build and deploy the training and inference stack that enables enterprises to develop RL-based agents.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Ideally, deep model-level understanding and experience deploying AI in creative ways to solve real-world problems.
- A strong foundation in ML basics (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition).
- Ability to run technical discovery with senior stakeholders, translate ambiguous business problems into scoped AI systems, and communicate model behavior credibly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in software engineering principles and an understanding of languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript / JavaScript.
Compensation
- Full time role
- $140,000-300,000 / year (plus equity and employee benefits on top) - specific offer will depend on experience and technical skill set
