About the role
- Summary: This is an entry-level position focused on prioritizing workflow, learning plate running and web path orientation, and applying safe practices for setting ink and plate lockup.
- This role is also responsible for housekeeping, safety procedures, assisting with press setup and cleanup, and effective communication.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc.

Requirements
- Must be willing to submit and pass the necessary required checks
- Must be available for shift work.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant/facility maintenance function, or 1-3 years as a Reel Tender, preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects
Compensation
- The hourly range is $20.00 - $24.00 + one time sign on bonus.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc.
