Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
  • Experience in the last 12 months may include up to 6 months in a management position, but must include at least 6 months in a direct patient care role in an acute care hospital
  • Specialty areas, i.e.., Intensive Care, F4 Surgical Trauma are required to pass a pre-screening testing with a minimum score of 80%
  • Chemotherapy certification may be required to work Oncology units
  • Valid RN License

Nice to have

  • 2 or more years of RN experience

  • This posting will be used to fill multiple positions.
  • Temporary Part-Time PRN (as needed) / Shifts vary
  • The In-House Agency RN Program offers PRN employment for 13-week intervals.
  • Participants are required to work 36 hours/week for 13 weeks and will be paid a competitive hourly rate plus weekend differentials.
  • To qualify, applicants must have a valid RN license issued by the State of Arkansas and 12 months experience in an acute care hospital.
  • Experience in the past 12 months must include 6 months in a direct patient care role in an acute care hospital.
