About the role
- The Director of Field Talent Acquisition will monitor recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates.
Requirements
- Required Skills/Abilities Experience with KPI metrics.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience with various human resource information systems.
