About the role
- You will set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, including Prima Power machines, brake presses, CNC shears, punch presses, copper benders, and deburring equipment.
- Interpret blueprints and work orders to manufacture, form, finish, and inspect sheet metal components to quality standards.
- You will report to the production supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain material flow by operating cranes, hoists, lift trucks, and automated material handling systems, while managing raw materials and scrap.
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and team development programmes by participating in LEAN/Six Sigma activities, training programmes, and production support.
Requirements
- Perform quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, complete required documentation, and report work activities through SAP and FactoryTalk systems.

- Reading and understanding written instructions, i.e., CSPs and DWIs
- Use a computer to view, log, and find appropriate job-related information, i.e., SAP, FTPC
- Work with business system computer software and machinery

- Understanding of forming principles such as bend allowance, radius
- CNC Experience

- EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
- Level 3: 2 Years Related Experience, High School Education/GED
Compensation
- For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from 51,840.00 - 77,760.00 CAD Annual with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary.
