About the role

Responsibilities
- Additionally, the role plays a key part in analyzing sales performance data, providing insights that support the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of sales compensation plans.
- Maintain the commission tool to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant calculation of compensation plans and payouts.
- Improve and develop reports and dashboards according to user requirements and needs.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain reports to assess the effectiveness of incentive programs, including regular analysis of sales attainment relative to business outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to support efficient and effective management of compensation-related activities.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and data requests related to commissions and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within assigned workstreams and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role, preferably supporting sales teams and/or managing commission analysis.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with SQL and sales data reporting tools.
