About the role
- FIRY is looking for a Head of Investor Relations to serve as our primary liaison to the investment community, shaping how the market understands a founder-led holding company with three independent, compounding businesses.
- You'll report into the CFO and work directly with our CEO and executive team, and report on your impact at the highest levels of the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's investor narrative, materials, and disclosure strategy across earnings, investor deck, IR website, and external communications.
- Establish and manage a scalable internal IR function, including systems, templates, workflows, CRM, engagement calendar, and reporting infrastructure.
- Drive investor and analyst engagement through targeted outreach, roadshows, conferences, and ongoing touchpoints
- Own the full quarterly earnings process end-to-end, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Executive teams to produce accurate, aligned, and compelling financial communications.
- Fundraising & Roadshow Execution: Lead investor outreach, support capital-raising efforts, and drive preparation and execution of roadshows and investor meetings.
- Operational Excellence: Build scalable systems, streamline workflows, and improve IR processes with precision and accountability.
- Preferred experience building or optimizing IR infrastructure (systems, templates, reporting, CRM, or workflows) strongly preferred.
- The systems FIRY builds help developers build businesses, advertisers acquire the right users, and infrastructure that turns competitive play into a scalable commercial engine.
