- In this role, you will work on innovative projects that will shape the future of transportation and the communities it serves.
- The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.
Responsibilities
- will include working with, and coordinating, an architectural/engineering team in developing designs and preparing documents for projects focused on transportation, especially transit.
- Performs analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts, and construction details.
- Develops design layouts, and construction features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, manage, and oversee the work.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture (M.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a project architect working within the rail/transit sector.
- Experience in the transportation sector is required.
- Transit Architecture design experience including station and related facilities is required.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Nice to have
- Registered Licensed Architect in the State of New York is preferred.
- Experience with OpenBuildings, Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up, and LEED Accreditation is a plus.
Compensation
- $149,671.54 - $171,053.19
- The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.
- Please note that the final salary offered for this position may be outside of this published range based on many factors, including but not limited to geography, education, experience, and/or certifications.
