Responsibilities
- This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience
- a Master's degree with 1 year
- or 6 years with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience
- a master's degree and 3 years
- a PhD with 1 year
- or 9 years of experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, VBA, Macros
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD secret clearance and Special Program Access as required by the business.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience with MS Project, P6 Primavera, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Deltek Acumen, OR other Schedule Risk Assessment Tools.
- Experience working in Microsoft Project Server Environment.
- 1+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Experience in Schedule Analytics
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- $72,100.00 - $108,100.00
- $89,400.00 - $134,200.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
