About the role
- Our Client Solutions team is the front line for finding the right experts for our clients.
- As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be directly responsible for growing our network and scaling our impact by connecting our clients to the right subject matter experts, who will then share their knowledge through qualitative interviews.
- This role is fast-paced and no day is the same.
Responsibilities
- Project Creation & Ownership: Manage your clients' research projects, from understanding their goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts for them.
- Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to 1) drive successful research for our clients and 2) ensure our network has only high-quality, engaged experts.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a customer success role

Compensation
- $72,000 - $88,000, based on seniority and relevant experience + uncapped performance-based monthly bonus
- This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 2-3 times per week.
