About the role

  • Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is opening a new female residential behavioral health facility in Cranberry Township, PA and is seeking a skilled Licensed Family Therapist to join our clinical team.
  • Opportunity to help launch a new residential program
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support the safety and well-being of youth in placement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • This role provides the opportunity to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care while supporting adolescents and their families in achieving long-term emotional and behavioral success.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a residential treatment environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Cranberry Township, PA

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field
  • Experience providing family therapy and working with family systems

Nice to have

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
