  • Immigration Attorney - Corporate Practice 📍 Remote (U.S.-based) | Full-Time | $130K-$250K Hiring at all experience levels - Associate through Senior Corporate immigration done right is genuinely complex work.
  • What you'll work on: The full employer immigration spectrum - H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-2/EB-3 green cards, E-1/E-2 - for companies ranging from funded startups to large enterprises.
  • Complexity and autonomy scale with your experience.

Responsibilities

  • Automated workflows manage attorney ↔ paralegal ↔ client handoffs so nothing falls through and you're never chasing status
  • Smart draft tracking benchmarks your filings and builds a feedback loop - you get better with every case

Requirements

  • Associate (0-3 years): Strong research and writing skills, organized and responsive work style, genuine interest in employer immigration.
  • Mid-Level (3-6 years): Hands-on H-1B, PERM, or intracompany transfer experience
  • comfort working directly with HR contacts
  • Deep expertise across the employer immigration spectrum
  • ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to client HR and Legal leadership

Nice to have

  • Paralegal, clinic, or corporate law background a plus.

Skills

  • Mid-level attorneys grow into full client ownership and strategic advisor skills
  • The destination, for those who want it, is Practice Ownership - earning $200K-$1M+

Compensation

  • Base scales with experience.
  • Path to $200K-$1M+ at practice leadership.
  • $130,000-$250,000.
