About the role
- This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of department.
- Development of Sub-Contractor scope of work documentation.
- Oversee the performance of engineers and subcontractors ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and to specification.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Account Managers with Project Estimating, scope development and fundamental design for turnkey projects.
- Manage the development of Hardware and Software Design Submittals, Installation drawings, Sequence of Operations and Commissioning and/or Validation Documentation.
- Materials Specification, Ordering, Tracking and Installation support.
- Manage and schedule project Software development, installation and commissioning.
- Manage and schedule field technician's startup and commissioning efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate final Turnover Package to Owner to include, Design documentations, System Backup, Recover and General Use Training, Warranty and Service Department turnover.
- Oversee/Manage project closeout to completion.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development in the key areas of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and manage the department budget.
Requirements
- Responsible for all Project Related and Customer Required Documentation, including at a minimum; Submittals, RFI's, Schedule, Safety Compliance, Commissioning and/or Validation.
- Equivalent experience, vocational school, or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or a similar field is preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred, however, an equivalent combination of education and experience (High School Diploma or GED equivalent a minimum requirement) will also be considered.
