About the role
- The Vacuum Technician is responsible for the setup, installation, monitoring and maintenance of various vacuum pumps and leak detectors on cryogenic vessels to achieve high vacuum.
- Install vacuum pumps to cryogenic vessels
- Record vacuum readings in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements
- Experience as a Vacuum Technician
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
Skills
- Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, grinders, hand wrenches etc.)
Compensation
