Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, attendance, accommodations, and conflict resolution.

Labour Relations • Support unionized operations.• Interpret collective agreements.• Investigate grievances.• Support collective bargaining initiatives.
Talent Attraction & Employer Branding • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, community outreach, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
