About the role

  • Switchboard / Office Services Associate Join the Opensity team and take the next step in your career within a professional law firm environment.
  • Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills, reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage workflow requests by reviewing incoming emails, creating service tickets in OSC as needed, and directing requests to the appropriate service area.
  • Perform courier runs as needed throughout the Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
  • Manage fax routing through the firm's digital fax intake system and send paper faxes using manual fax equipment.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, a steady employment history, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced professional setting.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • A polished and professional demeanor is required at all times.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to lift and move items weighing 40 lbs. or more.
