Responsibilities
- As a forward thinking asset manager, we build dynamic relationships with clients, understand their goals, and navigate complex markets together.
- No two days are the same as you manage relationships with our Custodian Banks and internal stakeholders that include the front office, Client Services & Marketing and Legal & Compliance.
- Maintain Corporate Action database in line with information received from custodians and information providers.
- Develop and implement new initiatives and assist with process re-engineering projects for all corporate action related initiatives including internal technology improvements as well as implementing external custodian-based solutions.
Requirements
- Monitor Portfolio Manager decisions, confirm preclearance and respond to the custodian in the required timeframes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Compensation
- Expected base salary for the role will generally be between $95,700.00-$112,600.00 at the commencement of employment.
