About the role
- This position is responsible for managing work orders from start to finish, including quoting, tracking, and follow-up.
- The role oversees parts and materials procurement, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
- Additionally, the role ensures warehouse operations are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Work Order (WO) Management: Prepare, track, and manage WOs, including quoting and follow-up.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Preferred Skills 2+ years in administrative or procurement support.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older (for company vehicle insurance requirements).
- Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required).
- Class 7 forklift certification required (certification provided if needed).
- Ability to work overtime, including holidays and weekends, as required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Qualifications Must be 25 years of age or older (for company vehicle insurance requirements).
