- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, with experience in creating models akin to OpenAI's GPT series and reasoning models.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art LLM, VLM/VLA, and reasoning AI models.
- Optimize models for efficiency and scalability in production environments.
- Proven experience in developing LLMs and VLMs, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Tensor is an agentic AI company dedicated to building agentic products that empower individual consumers.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- 1+ years experience in LLM, VLM, VLA, o1, or Genie-2.
- Experience with deploying AI models in cloud environments.
Compensation
- $75k-$300k
