About the role

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor as identified.
There are no direct reports to this position.
Ensures a safe work environment at all times, reporting unsafe conditions immediately to Site Management;

Skills and Abilities Required
performs product verification where required;
Inspects, loads and unloads packaged products in a safe, efficient manner and confirms all appropriate regulatory documentation is in order; performs product verification where required;

Knowledge and/or training in TDG, WHMIS, Emergency Response, Forklift License
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ERP systems would be considered an asset
Commitment to safety and past Joint Health & Safety Committee experience is considered an asset
Secondary School Diploma
Previous experience in an industrial or shipping & receiving environment (1-2 years)
