Responsibilities
- Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new prospects.
- Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.
- Experience with the client conversion process.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $130,000
