About the role
- PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for supervising contracted breeder crew ensuring proper house conditions, bird's care and comfort.

- Maintains productive grower relationships.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND minimum 2 years' live poultry experience within a similar environment OR Associate's Degree in Poultry Science, Agricultural Science or related field from an accredited institution.
- This is a Leader of People position with required competencies: Strategic Agility, Business Acumen, Building Effective Teams, Customer Focus and Command Skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Poultry Science, Agricultural Science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Poultry or veterinary assistant experience.

- Strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated general knowledge of math functions and skills.
- Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail.

- Critical thinking skills in standardized situations as well as non-routine problems.
- Basic reasoning skills and carries out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
