Responsibilities
- This role is the primary point of escalation for our IT Support team
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internally used applications
- Document support tasks and create processes when needed in order to keep the IT team on the same page with how things are done, and that processes can be repeated or trained to others
- Experience developing against or administering MDM or RMM tools (e.g. Essentials, Workspace ONE, Kandji/Iru, Jamf, Intune)
Requirements
- Strong experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Go) for managing Mac OS environments, including deployment, troubleshooting, and security
- Experience with compliance frameworks and policies is a plus
Compensation
- At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position.
- We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $133,000 - $161,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
- The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience.
- At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package.
- Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
